Return and Refund Policy
At Gifteemas, we strive to provide high-quality laser-engraved tumblers and embroidered shirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom, personalized, and made-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order (including incorrect color, wrong size, or visible defects in engraving or embroidery).
Once your order has been placed, it will go into production. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot amend or cancel your order. This policy ensures efficient processing and minimizes errors.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, return and exchange requests will no longer be accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (incorrect color, wrong size, or visible defects in engraving/embroidery).
- It must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot process your return or exchange, even if the item has been mailed back to us.
Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure If you received a damaged or defective item, you can request a return or exchange by following these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.
- You will receive a return form and return label via email.
- Complete the return form, print the return label, and securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories.
- Attach the shipping label provided (ensure the barcode is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return & Refund Conditions
- If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you will not be charged for return shipping or restocking fees.
- Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will offer either an exchange for the originally purchased product or a refund for the actual purchase price.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and should appear on your statement within 3-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund is reflected.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if the received item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
