1. Shipping Carriers : We ship orders within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, Ontrac, Yun Express, Yanwen Express, SDH Express, and others. The carrier chosen for your order depends on your location and the type of product. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for specific carriers.
Sometimes, shipping delays happen due to factors outside our control (like holidays or severe weather). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
2. Business Days : Monday to Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays are not business days)
3. Processing Time 3–5 business days (Mon – Fri)
Each item is custom-made specifically for you, so please allow a little extra time for this special process.
4. Shipping Time: 9–22 business days (Mon-Fri).
These are estimated times and can sometimes vary due to holidays or unexpected events.
You’ll get a tracking number via email when your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
5. Shipping Cost: $5.99 per order.
6. Where We Ship Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.
7. Tracking Your Order We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to check your delivery status online.
8. Lost Packages If your package seems lost, please contact us within 4 days after the expected delivery date. We’ll cover the cost to resend your order.
Before requesting a replacement, please double-check your shipping address and contact your local post office to locate your package. If your tracking says “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, contact us immediately.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll let you know.
Reshipping fees: $7 per item within the US.
If your package isn’t returned to us, you’ll need to place a new order.
10. Returned Packages Packages can return to us for various reasons (wrong addresses, refused deliveries, etc.). Once we receive the returned package, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping or a refund.
Reshipping fees will apply in these situations.
11. Delivered but Not Received If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us right away. Check around your property or with neighbors, and contact the delivery carrier for more details. If you still can’t find it, we’re here to help.
12. Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email a clear photo of the product to [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
