1. Order Modification & Cancellation

Customers may modify or cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them successfully.
After 12 hours, any modification or cancellation request will not be accepted as the order will have already entered processing and production.

2. How to Modify or Cancel an Order
To request a modification or cancellation, please follow these steps:

Prepare the required information, including your order email, order number (found in the order confirmation email), and specific details regarding the modification or cancellation request.
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line: [Modify/Cancel Order + Your Order Number].

3. Refunds for Cancelled or Modified Orders

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and will reflect the cancelled order value or the adjusted amount for a modified order.
